Kevin O'Connell

Chief Executive Officer / President

Dean O’Connell is the founder of the Law School and has been a practicing attorney and a law school professor since 1982. From his law practice, as a litigator, Dean O’Connell brings knowledge and expertise in business organization and operation. He has been associated with various law schools for over twenty-five years. He has been instrumental in the creation of the academic program at the school. Dean O’Connell designed and developed the Master of Arts in Law Degree. He co-designed the L.L.M in taxation program.

Dien Da Dinh

Vice President Planning

Mr. Dinh is a licensed real estate broker in the United States and a graduate of Southern California College of Law. Mr. Dinh also has a law degree under the French system of law. He has been instrumental in the planning and development of the school curriculum and facilities. His contributions have enabled the Board to develop long range plans for facility expansion. He has an extensive background in business and legal education. Mr. Dinh co-designed and developed the LL.M. in Taxation program.

Socorro O’Connell

Chief Financial Officer / Vice-President for Finance & Administration

Dean O’Connell holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science Degree in Law, Master of Arts in Law Degree and a Jurisprudence Doctorate in Law Degree She had variety of Administrative experience and had worked experience from both Government and Private sector. She provides input and insights as to the enhancement and development of the academic programs of Pacific West College of Law. She initiated and launched the MOCK BABY BAR PROGRAM at Pacific West.
